All packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority with delivery confirmation
within the US. Cosmeticville charges a flat shipping fee of $2.95 for First Class and $4.95 for
Priority on orders up to $39.99. Orders $40.00 and over receive FREE Priority
shipping (US only). To qualify for free shipping, your order total must
meet the requirements after any discounts or promotions have been
applied and before any shipping fees or sales tax is added if applicable.

Shipping Policies US
- Orders $100.00 and over will be sent with signature confirmation.
- All packages are sent via USPS. To prevent shipping delays, provide an address that USPS ships to.
Refused/Undeliverable Addresses
Any package that is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address will have the shipping charge deducted from your refund. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the free shipping offer was used and the package was refused or returned to us because of customer error. If a returned package needs to be reshipped because incorrect information was provided, the customer is responsible for paying those fees.
US Lost/Late Packages
Any package shipped within the US that has not been received after 14 business days from the ship date will be replaced and only if delivery confirmation states that the package has not been delivered. Cosmeticville is not responsible for any package loss after delivery confirmation states that the package has been delivered.
FPO/APO, AE, PR & US Territories:
Use the shipping table for US orders. Your order will usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. The delivery time is an estimate only and your package may take longer to arrive. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that
may apply.
