Green Cream has a system called Progressive Leveling. PL is designed to
help people minimize the potential irritation experienced by some users
of retinol by starting at lower concentrations of retinol and graduating
to higher levels over time.
If you have never used retinol or have sensitive skin, start at Level 3
and progress as needed.
Some users of Level 6 can use it on their face with no irritation but
experience irritation in sensitive areas near their eyes or neck. Try
using Level 3 in conjunction with Level 6 in those areas.

Product Usage
|
After gentle cleansing with a mild cleanser, apply a small amount on the
entire face, initially avoiding the eye and neck areas. Start using
Green Cream every other night for 1 to 2 weeks and gradually increase to
once or twice daily as tolerated.
- Wear a broad spectrum sunscreen daily.
- Do not use if pregnant or lactating.

Q: Why is the pump not working?
A: Green Cream's bottle is designed to protect the contents from light and air which is critical to preserving the potency of the product. However, some may experience difficulties initially pumping product out of the bottle due to settling. If this occurs, simply hold the bottle upside down and shake vigorously. This will force product into the neck of the bottle where the pump is located to allow you to dispense the product. Please do not take the bottle
apart or poke the little ball in the dispenser. The little ball is there
to seal the product back up once you have pumped some product out. To dispense the product, you simply press the indent on the top of the
cap.
Q: How long will a 1 oz bottle last me?
A: A 1 oz bottle should last the average user 30-40 days of
nightly use. Some people use it every other night while others use it
nightly. The amount of time that a bottle will last will vary depending
on the amount used and frequency of use.
Q: Is it possible to get a bottle that is not full?
A: No, bottles are filled and then weighed at the factory.
Bottles are packaged by weight and not volume. Your bottle will always
contain the amount listed on the bottle.
Q: Is Green Cream good for all skin types?
A: Yes, Green Cream’s gel/cream formulation works on any skin
type and it is fragrance free.
Q: What can Green Cream do for my skin?
A: Green Cream can give your skin a smoother, younger looking
appearance with a luminescent glow. Green Cream also helps pores appear
smaller, evens out the skin tone and lightens discolorations.
