All orders $35.00 and over ship for FREE within the US via USPS Priority
mail. To meet the qualifications of free shipping, your order total must
be $35.00 or more after any discounts and before any shipping fees or sales tax is added
if applicable.
Any package that is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address and was sent using the free shipping offer will have the actual shipping charge deducted from your refund. If a returned package needs to be reshipped because of customer error, the customer is responsible for paying those fees.

Please contact us within 48 hours if your order was damaged in shipment. Once we receive the damaged item back, a replacement for the same item will be sent. Fill out the Return
Authorization Request Form to report any damages.
